Advanced CNC Machining: Using cutting-edge manufacturing techniques to produce highly intricate RF waveguide components that meet exact specifications, crucial for aerospace and defense applications.

• Specialized Quality Assurance Lab: In-house lab features advanced equipment, including network analyzers, FARO "Edge" 7 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and a state-of-the-art Fischerscope Model XDLM 237 X-RAY Fluorescence Measuring Systems (XRF) plating thickness tester, allowing us to validate component specifications.

  • FARO "Edge" 7 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): Utilizing the multi axis measurement arm lazer scan capabilities allows Microtech to easily verify our product quality by performing inspections, tool certifications, CAD-to- part analysis, and reverse engineering.

  • Fischerscope Model XDLM 237 X-RAY Fluorescence Measuring Systems (XRF): This plating thickness tester has a programmable XYZ stage for automated measurements, allowing for plating thickness measurements in smaller surface areas critical to our applications. 

  • RF Performance Testing: Verifies frequency response, signal integrity, and overall RF performance to meet stringent specifications.

Compliance with MIL-STD Specifications: Microtech rigorously adheres to specific manufacturing processes, quality control measures, and testing

methodologies outlined in MIL-STD documentation.
